I spoke with someone in the mini mall next to the Wildman Arms Condo, where the now defunct Blockbuster is and he mentioned that there was a new and rather large dollar store named 'Bottom Dollar" (hate the name) will be coming to the mall and will take up from where Mission Burrito used to be all the way to where Eckerd Pharmacy was.
AND the brick building in that lot will be converted to a Condo.
